Single level self-contained office addition to Building 104. The transport office windows and door needed to match those in the adjacent building with Red Anodised window frames and Black Anodised window sashes. The transport office was to be designed and built by us and we engaged drafting and structural engineering consultants and built 90% of the project in-house The existing gymnasium floor was covered with carpet and an underlay flooring used in the weights area. CPG were required by their client to replace the existing carpet and underlay in the gym equipment area with similar rubber flooring that existed at the Eastern side of the room. CPG removed all carpet in the area and replaced it with approved specific gym flooring suitable enough for a fully qualified public gym. The type of flooring that was installed in the gym is Everroll Classic produced by Regupol Australia Pty Ltd and is the Classic Palau colour.
